Do I need to integrate with my POS or change my system?
No. Cipta works off the receipt you already print. We give you a QR code to add to your receipt template, plus a free starter kit of table tents and stickers as backup. There is no POS integration, no IT project, and nothing to install.
How do diners leave feedback?
They scan the QR on their receipt, pick the dishes they had, and rate each one with an optional comment. There is no app to download and no account to create. It takes about three taps.
How fast do I see the feedback?
New ratings appear in your dashboard within about 60 seconds of a diner submitting them.
What makes Cipta feedback different from Google or Yelp reviews?
Two things. It is per dish, not one blurry star rating for the whole restaurant, so you can see exactly which plate is dragging your average down. And it is receipt-verified, so it comes from people who actually ate the meal, not anonymous drive-by reviewers.
Is Cipta a public review site? Will it affect my Google or Yelp rating?
No. Cipta is private operational feedback for you and your team. Ratings show up in your dashboard, not posted publicly, unless a diner explicitly chooses to share one. We never gate, filter, or suppress public reviews.
What does Cipta cost?
$99 per month for a single location, with no setup fee. Groups of 2 to 9 locations pay $79 per location per month. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime.
Which POS systems does Cipta work with?
All of them. Because Cipta lives on the printed receipt, it does not matter whether you run Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, TouchBistro, Aloha, or anything else that prints a receipt.
How long does it take to get started?
Setup takes about five minutes: add the Cipta QR to your receipt template and put out the starter-kit table tents. Most operators are live well within 30 days.
Where is Cipta available?
Cipta is launching in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with more Texas metros to follow.
